"Belle of the Ball" Blouse

This tie-back blouse has petal sleeves and is both comfortable and stylish. The garment has ivory stretch mikado fabric and a cream charmeuse lining. Eight 5mm crystal-coated champagne beads are handsewn into the lace trim, which is added to the hem to create the appearance of a scalloped hem. It is given with three 7mm beige velvet ribbon ties in the back to make the blouse easier to wear.
