  • Please note that due to the nature of our business and personalized approach, we have a strict no return/exchange policy. We create every garment with immense care and attention to detail, ensuring that it is tailored to your exact requirements and specifications.

  • We understand that you may want to try on your garment for the perfect fit, which is why we offer complimentary shipping for your first fitting. For any additional fittings, please note that shipping will be chargeable. Please make sure to carefully review your measurements before placing your order.

  • If you have any questions or concerns regarding our policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

As all Beige & Bow items are only processed once an order is placed, we can only exchange or refund items if we deem the items faulty and we cannot rectify the issue.

Made-to-order items are not eligible for refund due to the nature of the order; there is a probability that a different material might be used to create the order as required. Beige & Bow will take the utmost care to ensure that all custom orders will be made to the client's requirements as best as possible.

When we deem the item faulty, we will rectify the issue at our own cost or offer you a partial refund so you can get the issue fixed.

But please rest assured that all Beige & Bow items have been through rigorous quality checks to ensure no-fault items passed our quality checks. We also take detailed photos of the items before packaging as an extra step for random quality checks.

Where we do accept your refund request and the items are returned to us based on these terms and conditions and our Returns Procedure, then you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the items you have returned unless on our receipt of the items, a refund will not be paid on items that have any of the following:

  1. been tampered with

  2. been opened or any retail seals broken

  3. not in their original packaging

  4. not in pristine condition

The refund is for items only, and it will not include any applicable delivery charges made by us or any return delivery charges incurred by you.

For any items that we deem as faulty or not as described, then a full refund will be made on all of those items as long as you have contacted us by emailing customerservice@beige& within four days of receiving the items, quoting your Order Reference and providing a list of what items are faulty or not as described.

Any refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items on the payment option you used to pay.
