Where are your bespoke creations made and shipped from?
All of our creations are made and shipped locally from Long Island City, New York.

Where do you ship to?
We understand that when it comes to bespoke clothing, time is of the essence. That's why we offer fast, reliable shipping options to all customers across the USA. At Beige & Bow, we are dedicated to providing the best possible shipping experience, and are currently looking to expand our shipping services internationally, so stay tuned for updates!
How long does it take after ordering to receive my order?
Once your garment is complete and the final look is approved, we estimate a shipping time of 3 to4 days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping time may vary due to weather conditions. For local customers, we also offer the option to collect your garments after the final fitting approval. We strive to ensure that your package will reach you in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us.
What will my items be shipped in?
We are committed to providing you with a special and magical experience from the moment you place your order until it reaches your doorstep. Each creation will be carefully placed on a hanger before getting tucked in a Beige & Bow Garment bag to keep your piece pristine, crisp and make sure your pieces arrive in perfect condition.
CARE & QUALITY CONTROL
What are the care instructions for these clothing items?
WASH: We always recommend to turn garments inside out before washing. Hand wash separately in cold water. You can also machine wash on a delicate setting. Do not twist or wring.
DRY: Lay flat to dry. Tumble dry on low heat if needed.
IRON: Use low/no temperature iron if needed. If embellished or printed iron cold.

What material are your clothes made from?
All of our Mom and Mini clothing uses a variety of luxury fabrics and soft linings, each carefully chosen for its comfort and quality. We understand the importance of making you and your little one feel luxuriously comfortable, so we use only the finest materials in our garments. With our wide selection of fabrics, you're sure to find the perfect outfit for any occasion!

How is the quality of your garments?
At Beige & Bow, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality, made-to-measure clothing for Mom and Mini. Our team hand-inspects all items before shipping to ensure that they are free from any damage or defects. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and will work one-on-one with you to resolve any issues that arise during the design and construction process.
GARMENT CREATION & MANUFACTURING
What is the garment creation process?
At Beige & Bow, we believe in providing our clients with a personalized experience when it comes to creating their perfect garment. After receiving your inquiry, we will work with you to develop a first draft of the design and set up a time and date to discuss and evaluate it. We are committed to creating up to 3 drafts for our clients to ensure that the final product is exactly what they envisioned.
At Beige & Bow, we understand the importance of the final fitting of your garment. Once your couture piece is complete, we will schedule an appointment with you to ensure that the final look and fit are perfect. If for any reason the fit isn't right after receiving the item, you can send it back to us once for refitting. Our goal is to provide you with a garment that not only looks amazing but fits perfectly. Thank you for choosing Beige & Bow for your mom and baby clothing needs.

Do you design these creations in-house?
Our in-house design and production process allows us to oversee every aspect of the creation of our clothing, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail. We are seasonally adding new designs and styles to our collection, and we look forward to expanding our line to include comfortable clothing for new moms and boys of specific ages in the near future.

The item I want is unavailable, what should I do?
Our commitment to quality and uniqueness means that each item in our collection is made on a per order basis. However, during the creation process, there may be times when certain fabrics or embellishments are temporarily unavailable. Please rest assured that our team will work tirelessly to obtain similar materials to match your desired design. Our goal is to provide you with a beautiful and customized product that you and your little one will love!
At Beige & Bow, we are committed to helping you find what you're looking for. If you come across a piece in our sale section that is out of stock, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will provide you with an ETA on when or if the next shipment will arrive, and help you find a suitable alternative in the meantime.

Do you have a brick & mortar store?
At the moment we are only an online retail company. The address listed is used for online order fulfillment. We do plan to open our own storefront as we continue to grow further.
Where else can I purchase your items?
Beige & Bow items are currently sold through the Beige & Bow website and through our wholesale partners throughout the United States. We recently opened our brand website and are currently working towards selling them on third party websites like Amazon, and Ebay.
BRAND REPS AND FEATURED MOM & MINI
How do I get my baby and me featured on the Beige & Bow Instagram?
Beige & Bow will be selecting randomly from the moms & minis who have purchased items from the store and tagged @beigeandbow in well-lit, high-quality photos which features the purchased items from the Beige & Bow website. We verify purchases before posting and may request the photos through email to prevent loss of quality.
How do I become a brand rep for Beige & Bow?
Beige & Bow only selects brand reps who are true fans of the company, having promoted the brand in a wholistic way through various social media channels including Facebook & Instagram. Brand reps have demonstrated their ability to promote Beige & Bow's clothing in well-lit, high-quality photos that are consistent with the brand theme. The brand theme rotates on a seasonal schedule and can be found throughout all marketing collateral. To be eligible, customers must tag the brand, Beige & Bow in both the photo & caption of their post on any social media channels.
