The terms and conditions describe the basis for the purchase made by you and sale by us of the items showcased on www.beigeandbow.com.

Placing an Order

By placing an order on www.beigeandbow.com, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Each order that you place is an offer to buy those items, and we shall accept that offer at our sole discretion. Orders are generally accepted if:

the items are available;
the order reflects our current pricing;
the items are for delivery to a destination that we deliver to, and
your credit or account card is authorized for the transaction.

We will confirm receipt of your order with an Order Confirmation email. Please note that we may have yet to accept your order for items.

www.beigeandbow.com endeavors to accurately display products on the website, including description, color, and other characteristics. However, color variations can occur due to digital photography, editing and the display settings of your computer screen.

www.beigeandbow.com would further remind the customer that the products shown on www.beigeandbow.com are all sheer (see-through), and all orders placed on the website will be made non-sheer as described on the product detail page, and this will affect the final color of the product.

To the complete extent permitted by applicable laws, www.beigeandbow.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice which includes post your order submission.

Formation of the Contract

We will confirm our acceptance of your item order by email confirming that the items have been dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation email").

Our contract will only be formed once we have sent you the Dispatch Confirmation email (the "Contract"). These terms and conditions, the Dispatch Confirmation email, and any other information relating to the items we have brought to your attention will be incorporated in the contract.

The Contact will only relate to items confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation email. We will only be obliged to supply any other items you have ordered once we have sent you a separate Dispatch Confirmation email regarding such items.

Prices

The price of the items in the www.beigeandbow.com "Online Store" and our delivery charges (applicable outside USA) will be as set out on the Delivery Information page of www.beigeandbow.com from time to time, except in the case of obvious error.

All prices on www.beigeandbow.com will not include applicable duties and taxes in the total item price displayed.

Import duties and taxes may be applicable based on respective locations and it will be your responsibility to pay these. We cannot advise you about any import duties and taxes, and we recommend contacting the local customs office at the delivery destination.

We reserve the right to amend our prices and delivery rates at any time, but such changes will not be applicable to any order for which a Dispatch Confirmation email has been sent already.

www.beigeandbow.com sells several items, so despite our best efforts, some items may need to be correctly priced. We will verify the price of any items as part of our dispatch process, and if the price of the items:

is lower than the price stated on www.beigeandbow.com, we will charge this lower amount to you when dispatching the items to you or
is higher than the price stated on www.beigeandbow.com, we will, at our discretion, contact to confirm with you before dispatching the items or reject your order and notify you of such rejection by email.

We are not obligated to provide items to you at a lower price, once we have sent a Dispatch Confirmation email to you if there was an obvious pricing error that could have been recognized by you.

Payments

Credit card payment is accepted as set out on www.beigeandbow.com. Payment for the items and related costs will be due at the time we approve your order, and we will usually attempt to take payment once we have received the order.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provided to us when placing your order. We may carry out security checks to verify the same.

If your payment method is unauthorized, we may refuse to accept your order, and we will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the items.

We are also not responsible for any charges or penalties the payment provider may impose as a result of payment being processed regarding your order.

Delivery and Collection

All delivery and collection dates on www.beigeandbow.com are given only for general guidance. In most cases, we will deliver within estimated delivery times, but if a delay is anticipated, we will contact you to inform about the same.

We will fulfill your order within the date and time set in the Dispatch Confirmation email or, if no date or time is specified, then within a reasonable period from the Dispatch Confirmation email unless certain situations are causing delay.

When the items are to be delivered, we shall attempt to deliver the items to the shipping address specified or to the billing address on the credit or debit card. These addresses you provided to us must be accurate.

A signature will be required from the recipient on delivery. Items supplied are not for resale.

If we cannot deliver the items to you or are not collected, we will be entitled to hold the item for you until all payments of the return fee and charges due to non-delivery and re-shipment costs have been paid in full.

It is important that you check your items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise, these need to be reported to us within four days at customerservice@beigeandbow.com, quoting your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can investigate. Please do so within four days of receiving the items to ensure we can provide a refund.

Items Supplied are not for Resale

We will be responsible for the items until they are delivered or collected. The items will be at your own risk from this time, but you will only own the items once we have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the items, including any delivery charges, and the items have been delivered to you.

Cancellations

As all Beige & Bow items are made once an order is placed, we do not accept any cancellation of an order that has been processed.

Refunds

As all Beige & Bow items are only processed once an order is placed, we can only exchange or refund items if we deem the items faulty and we cannot rectify the issue.

Made-to-order items are not eligible for refund due to the nature of the order; there is a probability that a different material might be used to create the order as required. Beige & Bow will take the utmost care to ensure that all custom orders will be made to the client's requirements as best as possible.

When we deem the item faulty, we will rectify the issue at our own cost or offer you a partial refund so you can get the issue fixed.

But please rest assured that all Beige & Bow items have been through rigorous quality checks to ensure no-fault items passed our quality checks. We also take detailed photos of the items before packaging as an extra step for random quality checks.

Where we do accept your refund request and the items are returned to us based on these terms and conditions and our Returns Procedure, then you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the items you have returned unless on our receipt of the items, a refund will not be paid on items that have any of the following:

been tampered with
been opened or any retail seals broken
not in their original packaging
not in pristine condition

The refund is for items only, and it will not include any applicable delivery charges made by us or any return delivery charges incurred by you.

For any items that we deem as faulty or not as described, then a full refund will be made on all of those items as long as you have contacted us by emailing customerservice@beige&bow.com within four days of receiving the items, quoting your Order Reference and providing a list of what items are faulty or not as described.

Any refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items on the payment option you used to pay.

Liability

Beige and Bow Limited, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, or its content suppliers do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information or items that you have contractually bought on www.beigeandbow.com for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and items may contain inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or items on www.beigeandbow.com is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. You shall be responsible for ensuring that any items, services, or information available through www.beigeandbow.com meet your specific requirements.

You have certain rights under the law. These include that any items we supply will be satisfactory and fit their intended purpose. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect these statutory rights.

If we breach these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable consequences of such a breach, up to a maximum of order purchase. Losses that are foreseeable; you and I could contemplate them when entering these terms and conditions. We are not responsible for:

any losses not caused by our breach;
indirect losses, which are a side effect of the primary loss or damage and which are unreasonably foreseeable by you and us when entering into these Terms of Sale; and/or
failure to meet any of our obligations under these Terms of Sale where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.

Our aggregate liability to you in connection with each contract shall not exceed the value of the items ordered by you under that contract.

If you breach the contract and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the contract. If any part of the contract is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other provisions shall continue to apply.

If we may transfer our rights and obligations under a Contract to another organization, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations. Each contract is personal to you, and you may only transfer your rights or obligations under a Contract to another person if we agree in writing. This Contract is not intended to give rights to anyone except you and us.

We will do our best to resolve any disputes that might happen over each contract. If you wish to take court proceedings against us, you must do so within New York. The laws of New York will apply.
